apparently she was at the cruzes admiring their wonderful family tree they have on the wall, and noticed they were a direct line from Newel Knight. and so was she. so she decided to investigate. after lots of work she found out that our great grandparents were siblings, and we have the same great great grandparents!!! that makes us what.... 6th cousins? whatever it is ill take it! i am so excited to be related to them, they have the funniest family ever and they are all so sweet!

Haha, you are so sweet Allie! I don't deserve the credit though --it's the people who started familysearch.org who are the geniuses. And our relation is pretty distant... but it's something!

Yea, Jessica. Should I check your blog to find the chart? I need to send you a pedigree chart that shows our line--where we tie into Lydia and Newel. (And when I say "our", I mean Allie's.) :)
